After that, you have to upgrade to a paid plan to access all the services of FlyWP. You’d automatically downgraded to the Free plan if you don’t upgrade to a higher tier after the trial
Yes, we offer 24/7 customer support. However, we only give support for our services (in this case FlyWP). We don’t give support for issues that’s related to your server
You need some kind of technical experience to understand how it works but to use this you can do it as a beginner.
FlyWP connects with external servers. You have full access to your own servers and FlyWP deploys industry standard WordPress security services, including Firewall rules. You can also add custom Firewall rules as per your preference. FlyWP is crafted in such a way that you get the best performance with industry standard security. Furthermore, FlyWP isolates each site in its own Docker container, going extra mile to make sure all sites are isolated in their own environment. Managing your servers is perfectly safe and secure with FlyWP
FlyWP servers are provisioned with PHP + Nginx + MySQL tech stack. Each site is isolated within its own container. We also add Redis and FastCGI object caching, some default Firewall rules, extra security enhancements to make sure all WordPress sites are fast, secure and have thoughtful enhancements
FlyWP doesn’t provide hosting by itself, it depends on 3rd party cloud providers like DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS, etc. to create servers. With the 5 servers plan, you can have total of 5 instances of servers in any configuration. For example, I want to have a 4-core CPU VM with 8 GB RAM in New York, that’s 1 server. Like this, you can create and manage 4 more servers. How many sites can fit in 1 server depends on the server’s capability and how much it can handle.
